October Inspiration & Classes

What’s going on in October?

I have a few fun things ahead this October and I can’t wait to tell you about them!

First of all, I’m heading down to Houston for the International Quilt Festival from Oct 9-12. This is a fun trip scheduled with my mom, who is the inspiration for so much of what I do. We are going to be spending some time enjoying the special sights, the amazing quilts, and we are even signed up for two classes. I can’t wait to share what we learned and picked up while down in Houston.

As the Fall slows us down a little bit, I’m also going to be spending some time updating my website with some of the fun things I have been doing, including but not limited to, embroidery projects. I have loved getting to create fun little things with beautiful stitches. You can see the first posts about it below!

Last, but certainly not least, we started the first semester of Stitch School at Warman Cozy Quilt Shop with 5 students! After attending our first introductory class the students were all ready to jump into their first project and it has been so fun! I will be sharing progress and class makes as the semester continues.

Next Round of Stitch School Introductory Classes!

Choose one for your kid (8+) or teen so that they can sign up for Stitch School whenever they are ready!

Hand Embroidery for Adults

We’ll improving some basic stitches with this project while focusing on learning different ways to make flowers!
